In addition, I’ve also had 30 years in running my own businesees, and our wider network has over 300 brokers and other professionals New Zealand wide. This allows us to have agency agreements with all of the insurance providers in the market – Asteron, AIA, Fidelity, One Path, Southern Cross, Sovereign, Partners Life and NIB. I hold agency agreements with all of these companies. Generally, we are paid commision direct by the insurance company, for the policies that we place on behalf of our clients.
As a business, we believe the most important thing is to have insurance that works at claim time.
How do I get paid for the services that I provide to you?
Fees Only - My services are only paid for by the fees that you pay. I do not receive payments from other people or organisations that might influence my advice.
Fees - My services are paid for by the fees that you pay as well as in other ways.
Commission - There are situations in which I will be paid by other organisations. How much that payment will be depends on the decisions that you make.
Bonuses - There are situations where I may receive an overseas trip based on sales performance.
What should you do if something goes wrong?
If you have a problem, concern, or complaint about any part of my service, please contact me directly at email@example.com so that we can try to fix the problem.
If we cannot agree on how to fix the issue, or if you decide not to use the internal complaints scheme, you can contact Financial Disputes Resolution Service (FDRS). This service will cost you nothing, and will help us resolve any disagreements.
